Saint Francis Healthcare System completed a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) of its service area, as required under the Affordable Care Act to comply with federal tax-exemption requirements.
Saint Francis has developed an implementation strategy to address these needs through 2028. Top priorities and health behavioral needs to be addressed include:

- Healthy Food Access
